Agree, sometimes poor people can be so helpless they can't do anything to help themselves.

Disagree, at least every race suffered from something similar to what african americans went through, so if they US government was to do that, then all of our races should be payed a portion of that money.

No. What they went through was horrible, but its over now. Also, if you gave money to all of them, you would have to give money to every ohter race that was discriminated against at some point, and thats almost everyone!
